IMV-Wartungsmenü
1.Disassembly and inspection of shaker
Support mechanism
Readjustment and replacement of parts according to wear and tear. These are consumable parts and require regular replacement and maintenance.
Inspection of drive coil and excitation coil
Check the drive coil and excitation coil (depending on the model) for short circuits and leakage. Both are the most important parts in generating vibration. The drive coil is visually checked (adhesive peeling/floating, deterioration, discolouration) and struck by sound in the drive coil inspection section.
Retightening and visual check of each part
Visual check: Visually check sensors and other parts and retighten screws. Adjustments are carried out if necessary.
2.Current-voltage inspection of power amplifiers
Measuring current-voltage of power amplifiers.
Measure the output value of each part. Comparisons with the time of delivery and regular inspections provide clues for detecting faults and signs of failure.
Checking the operation of protective circuits
Check the operation of the protective functions to prevent malfunctions and hazards.
Checking the applied vibration action
Check whether the equipment can be operated within the specification range by actually shaking it. Comparisons with the time of delivery and periodic inspections provide clues for detecting any signs of malfunctions or failures.
Condition check
The same tests are carried out at the time of delivery and at each inspection to compare and check. Constant voltage characteristics are measured to determine the characteristics and condition of the shaker. (Included as a standard feature of the K2).
3.Calibration of controllers and accelerometers()IMV standards)
Calibration of controllers.
Measure the response (acceleration, velocity and displacement) when the specified voltage is input and check that the response values are within the reference values. a calibration certificate to IMV standards can be issued.
Calibration of accelerometers
Calibration is carried out in comparison with a reference unit. A calibration certificate can be issued for the IMV standard.
4.ISO 17025 certified calibration
IMV has been certified by the PJLA as a calibration institute for ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
