All of the testers and PCs are wired, and when executing a test definition with the power of the tester, etc. turned on, an error message “Failed to initialize. is displayed and the test cannot be performed.

What should we do?

[Solution]
In most of these cases, the following two things are the cause.

(1) The controller is not turned on.
(2) The cable between the controller and the PC is loose.

Please check once again that the power is turned on and that the wires are securely connected.
