Respect for human rights

IMV respects the human rights of all and builds a safe working environment free from discrimination and harassment.

IMV Basic Human Rights Policy

IMV’s mission is to contribute to the realisation of a safe, secure and sustainable society worldwide, in line with its corporate philosophy ‘Secure the Future’.
To realise this, we are committed to fulfilling our responsibility to respect the human rights of all those involved in our business activities.
We support internationally recognised human rights and are committed to the following actions.

  • Prohibition of discrimination and harassment

    The organisation does not tolerate any discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, nationality, gender, age, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.We will ensure a fair and comfortable working environment.

  • Prohibition of forced and child labour

    In all its operations, the company does not tolerate any form of child labour, forced labour, slavery or trafficked labour.

  • Improvement of the working environment and appropriate treatment

    We comply with labour-related laws and regulations and ensure a safe and healthy working environment, fair remuneration and adequate working conditions.

  • Respect for privacy

    We protect personal data appropriately and respect privacy rights.

  • Respect for human rights in the supply chain

    We seek the understanding and cooperation of our suppliers and business partners in respecting human rights and promote it together with them.

IMV continuously assesses the implementation of this policy and uses it to guide its actions in fulfilling its responsibility to respect human rights.

Harassment prevention initiatives

To maintain a safe working environment for all employees, we are committed to preventing harassment.
As part of this, harassment prevention training for all employees is conducted annually.Through this training, employees deepen their understanding of harassment and raise awareness of the need for each individual to build a healthy, harassment-free working environment.
