Horizontal direction 100G-11ms shock test

Test overview

■ Purpose

There has been an increase in the number of requests for 100G-11ms shock tests based on the standards of overseas automobile manufacturers. With conventional vibration generator, the limit was 70G-11ms due to the lack of rated speed, but improvements to the power amplifier have made it possible to perform tests in the vertical direction.
However, we have received feedback from customers that they are looking for a place where they can perform horizontal tests, but cannot find one. In order to meet this demand, by combining a large excitation force/high speed vibration generator with a lightweight slip table, we have made it possible to perform vertical and horizontal impact tests of 100G-11ms.
In addition, we can also conduct SRS high shock tests using a pendulum type impact testing device. Please feel free to contact us for details.
