Temporary Suspension of IMV Thailand Test Services

Due to heavy rainfall in Bangkok, flooding has occurred at the IMV Thailand test laboratory.

Some of the test equipment at the facility has also been affected by flooding. To ensure safety and to carry out equipment inspections and recovery work, test services at IMV Thailand will be temporarily suspended until further notice.

We will announce the resumption of services once we have confirmed that testing operations can be carried out safely.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers and other stakeholders, and we appreciate your understanding.

Important Notice for Customers with Flood-Affected Vibration Test Systems

If your IMV vibration test system or related equipment may have been exposed to flooding due to the recent heavy rainfall, please do not switch on the equipment at your own discretion, even if it appears to be dry on the outside.Floodwater may already have caused damage to the electrical circuits inside the equipment. Therefore, even if no moisture appears to remain on the surface, do not switch on the equipment under any circumstances.
Applying power to damaged electrical circuits is extremely dangerous and may result in irreparable equipment failure, as well as serious accidents such as fire caused by a short circuit or electric shock.
