A paper pack was damaged while transporting dairy products to a major city. The customer requested that the vibration during long-distance transportation be measured, the vibration pattern during transportation analysed and a test pattern created on a vibration tester.

Analysis details

All vibrations from the plant to the unloading point were measured on the truck body, bed and product parts and classified as shock and drop and random vibrations.
Vibration test patterns were then created and tested.

The products were then subjected to the same test patterns, which eliminated any breakage accidents.
