Dividend Policy
We recognize that returning profits to our shareholders is one of our most important management issues, and our basic policy is to Operate dividends in a stable and continuous manner while retaining earnings in order to develop our business in the future and strengthen our management structure.
Retained earnings will be used to fund capital expenditures and developmental study to strengthen our R & D and manufacturing systems, and will be used effectively to strengthen our management base and further develop our business.
Our basic policy for dividends from retained earnings is to pay year-end dividends once a year.The decision-making body for dividends is the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Change in the number of shares constituting one unit
By resolution of the Board of Directors meeting held on July 20, 2018, we amended the Articles of Incorporation in accordance with Article 195-1 of the Companies Act, and changed the number of shares constituting one unit from 1000 shares to 100 shares on October 1, 2018.
