Measurement and analysis is required at the sewerage authority to ensure that the natural frequencies of the generator and turbine do not match the natural frequencies of the floor.

Analysis details

Servo sensors were placed on the floors around the rotating equipment and on each floor, and vibration tests were conducted.
The natural frequencies of each floor and building were measured and analysed.
Boundary surface vibrations with the neighbourhood were also measured, and vibration levels during operation were predicted and vibration isolators were proposed.
