Comprehensive support for all types of environmental testing, including vibration testing

One of Thailand’s largest contract testing facilities. We have Japanese staff on site who can propose testing environments tailored to our clients’ needs.
In addition to vibration, shock and combined environmental testing, we provide support with the evaluation of test conditions, jig design and measures to address faults should they occur. We also carry out functional evaluations of electrical systems using a range of measuring instruments.
We provide comprehensive support, from the planning and execution of tests through to analysis, evaluation and report preparation.

Key Equipment

We have six vibration testers, nine temperature-controlled chambers, one salt spray tester and one thermal shock tester, enabling us to carry out a wide range of tests.

  • Single-axis electrodynamic composite vibration test system with horizontal table

    With a powerful vibration force of 74 kN and a large-capacity chamber of 3,375 litres, this system enables highly reliable evaluation by simultaneously subjecting large test specimens or multiple samples to extreme environmental conditions ranging from –70 °C to +180 °C and vibration.

  • Thermal Shock Test Chamber

    Even with ‘large test specimens’ or ‘heavy test specimens’, each assembly can be assessed within a spacious test area measuring 1,200 mm in width. We identify initial defects in accordance with international standards both at home and abroad.

  • Salt Spray Test Chamber (CCT Test Apparatus)

    　

    Through high-precision temperature and humidity control, the test rapidly cycles between ‘condensation’ and ‘drying’ as they occur in real-world environments, thereby enabling a rigorous assessment of the risk of insulation breakdown and corrosion in products within a short period of time.

    • Temperature range: From room temperature to 50°C

It complies with ISTA-compliant transport testing.

We undertake transport testing in accordance with the standards set by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA).
By simulating impacts, vibrations and temperature fluctuations encountered during transport, we assess whether the combination of product and packaging is optimal, thereby helping to build confidence in your products for international transport and the North American market.

One-stop connector evaluation testing that works alongside you right through to identifying the cause of faults

In recent years, connectors have been required to meet unprecedented levels of reliability.
This is because, as devices become increasingly compact and densely packed, even the slightest contact failure or deformation of terminals carries the risk of leading directly to catastrophic system failures or product recalls. At our testing facility, specialist engineers provide support for verification, ranging from tests compliant with international standards such as JIS and IEC to in-house standards.

In addition to vibration testing, we can also carry out material analysis, EMC testing, salt spray testing and other tests.
