New Service Center in the United States

IMV America, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of IMV Corporation, is pleased to announce the establishment of a new service center in Orange County, California.

With this addition, IMV now operates three service locations in the United States, further strengthening our service network across North America.

IMV America has delivered numerous vibration test systems throughout the United States, and both orders and installations have continued to increase in recent years. In particular, demand has been growing in the West Coast and West Central regions, as well as in Mexico. Along with the introduction of large-scale systems in these areas, IMV’s preventive maintenance–focused after-sales services have also been well received overseas.

Until now, service support for the West Coast region had primarily been handled from our Novi, Michigan office. However, in response to the increasing number of installed systems and the changing regional distribution, we determined that establishing a new location closer to our customers would allow us to provide more efficient support, leading to the decision to open this new service center.

With the operation of this new facility, we will further enhance our ability to provide timely support for installation assistance, inspection and calibration, repairs, and system upgrades. Through this expanded network, we will continue delivering the “Premium Service” that IMV is committed to providing.
