IMV Signs Comprehensive Agreement with U.S.-based Element for Vibration Test Systems

IMV Corporation has entered into a comprehensive agreement with the U.S. entity of Element, a global provider of testing, inspection, and certification services, covering the supply of vibration test systems as well as service and maintenance support.
To mark the agreement, a signing ceremony was held on September 14, attended by Junpei Kojima, President of IMV Corporation.

Under the agreement, over the three-year period from May 2026 to May 2029, IMV will provide a stable supply of vibration test systems in line with Element’s capital investment plans in the United States, together with comprehensive support covering service and maintenance.

IMV and Element have built a strong partnership over the years in support of Element’s testing and certification services. This agreement is intended to support the continued adoption of IMV products and further strengthen the long-term relationship between the two companies.
