    Support to improve knowledge and skills

    To ensure vibration testing is carried out correctly and effectively, IMV regularly holds technical seminars. These programmes cover a wide range of topics—from the fundamentals of vibration testing and equipment handling to key considerations during testing—enabling participants to acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Customers from both Japan and overseas attend these seminars, fostering global technical exchange and collaboration.

  • Certified Service Engineers 
    Proof of trust

    To ensure that customer equipment is maintained in optimal condition, IMV’s service engineers possess advanced expertise and technical skills. Our in-house Service Engineer Certification System involves rigorous examinations covering both theoretical knowledge and practical ability, with certification granted only to those who pass. Only certified engineers are authorised to visit customers independently, enabling us to provide high-quality maintenance and inspection services.

    We also provide comprehensive support for our overseas customers. A dedicated international service desk ensures the prompt shipment of service parts, while staff with specialised knowledge in global logistics and export control facilitate smooth and efficient exports.   • Periodic Inspection and Calibration Service

    A service person with specialist skills visits the customer’s site and carries out a detailed diagnosis of the equipment’s state of deterioration.By replacing parts and making adjustments as necessary, they support the stable operation of the equipment and prevent delays in testing due to breakdowns or malfunctions.
    In addition, IMV’s national service departments offer on-site calibration services as ISO/IEC 17025-compliant calibration institutes.This ensures the reliability of test results and supports customers’ quality management systems.

  • Maintenance Contracts

    Maintenance contracts enable faster service provision.It also makes it easier to manage maintenance budgets, such as annual inspection plans and replacement of consumable parts, to support systematic equipment operation.

  • Amplifiers Replacement

    IMV wants its customers to use their equipment for a long time and promotes amplifiers replacement in parallel with regular inspections. Older amplifiers for which parts are no longer readily available are replaced with modern amplifiers, thereby extending the life of the equipment. The use of the latest, efficient ECO amplifiers also contributes to reduced power consumption and lower emissions.
