We are pleased to announce the upcoming seminar on “Key Points of Strain Measurement Using Vibration Testing Systems.”

This seminar is a hands-on practical session where participants will use actual vibration testing equipment and data. It is designed for those who are new to strain measurement, have about a year of experience, or have not yet conducted strain measurement during vibration testing. It is also suitable for those who have conducted measurements but have not yet performed data analysis.

Objectives of the Seminar:

1. Hands-on strain measurement using actual samples.
2. Examination of the relationship between acceleration and strain response (Are they the same or different?).
3. Learning the analysis methods of Rosette Gauges.

Schedule:

Morning Session (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM):

• Introduction to strain measurement and the principles of strain gauges.
• Hands-on practice with strain gauge bonding (single-axis gauge, Rosette gauge).
• Practical session on static strain measurement.

Afternoon Session (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM):

• Vibration testing and dynamic strain measurement practice using a vibration test system.
• Stress analysis using the Rosette gauge (confirmation of principal stress direction, torque).
• Q&A session.
