New Testing Laboratory in Ho Chi Minh City to Become Vietnam’s Second Facility – Opening in January 2025
o address the increasing demand for testing services in Vietnam, IMV will establish a new testing laboratory,
IMV TECHNO VIETNAM Branch of Ho Chi Minh City, in Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, in January 2025.
This expansion will further enhance our testing service capabilities within Vietnam.

- Temperature and Humidity (-40℃ to +150℃,20%~98%Rh)
- Thermal Shock (-50℃ ⇔ +150℃)
- Waterproof Testing (IPx3, x4, x4K, x5, x6K, x9K)
- Salt Spray Testing (CCT)
- Gas Corrosion Testing (4-type mixed gas or individual selection)
- Long-term Storage Testing (approx. 3.2㎡)

▼Features of the Ho Chi Minh City Laboratory
The Ho Chi Minh City Laboratory will strengthen environmental testing for EV motors, currently provided by the Hanoi Laboratory,
by expanding its equipment to offer a broader range of test sequences, including salt spray, gas corrosion, and long-term storage testing for components.
This enhancement will establish a one-stop testing service system within Vietnam, providing efficient services for our customers.
By strengthening collaboration with the IMV TECHNO VIETNAM Hanoi Laboratory, located in Hanoi City,
the two laboratories will leverage their respective strengths to meet a wide range of testing needs.
This collaboration will comprehensively support the quality assurance of EV-related products and various other industrial products.
