Vibration Test Systems / Vibration Shakers

IMV Corporation is a leading manufacturer of vibration testing systems, headquartered in Japan with branches worldwide. For our German-speaking customers, our contact persons at the office in Bramsche and across Germany are available to assist. Vibration testing systems, also known as vibration test systems, vibration exciters, or electrodynamic shakers, are specialised devices that generate controlled vibrations to test the performance and longevity of products under realistic conditions.
They are used to assess the durability and performance of products or structures by applying vibration profiles tailored to simulate later environmental conditions.

With our vibration testing systems and effective and recognised testing procedures, the safety and reliability of products are enhanced, for example in the areas of consumer goods, military and defence, aerospace, and automotive. Whether basic systems, compact solutions, or multi-axis systems – we offer the right solution for every application.

ED-Shaker – Vibration Testing Systems for Various Applications

An electrodynamic vibration exciter is a device that generates mechanical vibrations. ED-shakers use electromagnetic principles to create an oscillating motion.
They are used in various fields, such as communications technology, radar technology, and research. Electrodynamic vibration exciters can also be used in experimental setups to investigate certain physical effects or to influence materials with specific frequencies and study their behaviour. Furthermore, electrodynamic vibration exciters are used, for example, to identify the accumulated effects of stresses and the resulting changes in the operational behaviour of products.

These Vibration Exciters are Available from IMV

In our portfolio of electrodynamic vibration testers, you will find various models and versions. Depending on the application and the requirements of the ED-shaker, you should ensure that you select the right model for your purposes.

Environmental Test Systems

Environmental Test Systems is a device used to test products and structures in conditions that involve temperature, humidity, and vibration. This helps assess their durability, enhancing safety and reliability by simulating the environmental stresses they might face during use.
